The agent login for call queues is explained in our how to video. However, even though the login itself is pretty easy, it requires you to have a phone with speed dial buttons because most people might have difficulties to remember a 15 digit queue ID plus their extension.
To make things more comfortable, we’ve developed a small application which reduces the login number to one which humans can actually remember.
Create the following application:
Replace “xxxx….” with your queue ID. Now you only need to dial 999 (without extension) to log in and out of queues.
